• Commit to actively moving away from a history of systemic racism.
• Engage volunteers from the community who reflect and acknowledge the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion, encompassing, but not limited to, minority group members, women, and individuals with disabilities.
• Provide funding opportunities to programs and resources that target underserved populations as identified through continuous community assessment.
